We Are Hiring An Executive Assistant For Fireflies Lighting Design In Mumbai (Salary: 20,00025,000). The Role Involves Managing The Calendar, Travel, Meetings, And Communication For The Companys Leadership, Along With Assisting In Daily Office Tasks, Project Coordination, And Handling Confidential Information. Candidates Must Be Well Spoken. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
