• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Male Only

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
