Night Shift Position | 6 Pm To 3Am Ist | Mon-Fri. English Communication Is Mandatory. Must Be Proficient In Excel, Word & Ppt With Good Typing Speed. Own Vehicle Is Mandatory; No Home Drop Facility. Candidates From Vasai Are Encouraged To Apply. Responsibilities Include Calls, Emails, Client Coordination, Attendance & Paperwork. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Record Management, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

What you get

What you will do

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Good English
• Night shift
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
