We Are Seeking A Proactive Hr Executive To Manage Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Records, Attendance, And Hr Compliance. The Role Requires Strong Coordination Skills, Documentation Accuracy, And The Ability To Maintain Structured Hr Processes Aligned With Quality Standards. Experience In Healthcare Or Diagnostic Settings Will Be Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, MS Excel, Recruitment and Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and confidential
