Flexfire premium gym wants to bring on a Receptionist/Sales Executive for its Ghansoli, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
