Force Facility Management Service is looking for a Site Supervisor- Facility Services to join its team in All Mumbai, Mumbai. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

Site Handling, Discrepency Handling, Experiance Of Manpower Sourcing Is Must,. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, MS Office, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
