Manage, Mentor, And Motivate The Telesales Team To Achieve Sales Targets.Actively Make Outbound Sales Calls And Contribute To Revenue Generation.Develop And Implement Effective Telesales Strategies And Scripts.Monitor Daily Calling Activities, Conversions, And Performance Metrics.Train Team Members On Communication, Objection Handling, And Closing. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
