Foto Me wants to bring on an Account Executive for its Harmu, Ranchi team. The pay goes up to ₹16,000/month.

Follow Up With Clients For Pending Payments (Calls/Whatsapp)Maintain Proper Records Of Outstanding Payments Update And Manage Data In Excel/Crm Systems Ensure Accurate And Timely Data Entry Coordinate With Accounts And Sales Team For Payment Updates Share Regular Reports On Recovery Status Maintain Professional Communication With Clients. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, GST, TDS and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An accurate, numerate attitude

Your responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• You'll coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• You'll maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
