Assist In Employee Onboarding, Induction, And Documentation. Maintai Employee Records, Attendance, Leave, And Hr Databases. Coordinate Joining Formalities, Id Card Issuance, And Exit Formalities. Manage Day-To-Day Office Administration And Ensure Smooth Office Operations. Coordinate Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Travel, And Courier Services. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
