Assistant Store Manager (Asm)

Garima Marketing India Private Limited (M/S Garima Marketing (India) Pvt.Ltd.) is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Asm) to join its team in Para, Lucknow. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MIS reporting, Process management, Team handling, Vendor coordination
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and dependable

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• You'll handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
