Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Team handling, MIS reporting and Process management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone proactive and dependable

In this role, you will:

• Improve processes and document standard procedures.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs
• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
