The Front Desk Executive Is The First Point Of Contact For Guests, Responsible For Delivering Excellent Customer Service, Handling Check-Ins/Check-Outs, And Ensuring A Smooth Guest Experience Throughout Their Stay.Key Responsibilities:Welcome Guests Warmly And Professionally Upon Arrivalhandle Guest Check-In And Check-Out Procedures Efficientlymanage Reservations, Bookings, And Cancellationsanswer Phone Calls, Emails, And Guest Inquiriesmaintain Guest Records And Update System Datahandle Payments, Billing, And Invoicesaddress Guest Complaints And Resolve Issues Promptlycoordinate With Housekeeping And Other Departmentsensure Lobby And Front Desk Area Is Clean And Organizedupsell Hotel Services And Rooms When Possible. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, MS Office, Typing, Record keeping
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

Your responsibilities

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
