The Recruitment Associate Will Support The Hr Team In Sourcing, Screening, And Coordinating Candidates For Various Hotel Departments To Ensure Timely Hiring And Smooth Onboarding.Source And Screen Candidates For Hotel Roles Such As Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, And Administration.Post Job Openings On Job Portals And Social Media Platforms.Coordinate Interview Schedules With Department Heads And Hr.Maintain Candidate Databases And Recruitment Trackers.Assist In Campus Recruitment And Job Fairs With Hospitality Institutes.Support Joining Formalities And Onboarding Documentation For New Employees.Ensure A Positive Candidate Experience During The Hiring Process. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, Recruitment, MS Excel, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
