Advise Management On Hr Policies, Employee Relations, And Workforce Planning. Develop Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Productivity. Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws. Documentation And Admin Related Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel and Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, organised attitude
