They Ensure Clear Communication, Maintain Patience While Dealing With Different Types Of Customers, And Aim To Deliver A Positive Customer Experience. Additionally, They Update Customer Records, Follow Company Guidelines, And May Also Assist In Upselling Products Or Services When Required, All While Working In Rotational Or Night Shifts To Match International Time Zones.
