Billing Assistant

Gift Center Mumbai is hiring a Billing Assistant in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Excel, TDS, Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone accurate and confidential

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You'll support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
