Follow Up On Pending Tasks And Ensure Timely Completion. Payment Followups, Vendor & Team Coordination. Perform Day-To-Day Office Coordination Tasks. Maintain Records Of Transactions, Orders, Invoices, And Correspondence. Track Orders, Deliveries, And Service Requests. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
