Coordinate Tasks Between Departments To Ensure Smooth And Timely Execution Of Operations. Track Progress Of Ongoing Activities And Follow Up On Pending Actions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

What you get

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
