Hr Executive

Giridhar Placement & Services is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Lower Parel West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Manage The End-To-End Recruitment Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding Candidates. Coordinate Employee Induction And Orientation Programs For New Hires. Maintain Employee Records, Hr Databases, And Personnel Files With Accuracy And Confidentiality. Assist In Payroll Processing, Attendance Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, HRMS, MS Excel and Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Your responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
