Assist Sales Representatives With Reports, Presentations, And Follow-Ups. Prepare Sales Proposals And Contracts. Coordinate Meetings, Appointments, And Sales Events. Maintain Customer Databases (Crm Systems). Track Sales Performance And Prepare Regular Reports. Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With Warehouse Or Suppliers. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Active listening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and patient

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
