Glife Insurance Marketing Private Limited is looking for a Bpo Staff to join its team in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. Great for first-time job seekers. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

As a Bpo Staff, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
