Glife Insurance Marketing Private Limited is looking for a Bpo Staff to join its team in Pitam Pura, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Bpo Staff, your work will include:

• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A customer-first, patient attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
