What the job involves

As a Purchase & Operation Engineer, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Procurement, Quotation Management
