Assisting Director In Day To Day Operation And Managing Calendar, Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken
