What you will do

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Ms Word, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
