Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi and Tamil
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English
• Someone patient and calm under pressure

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
