Responsible For Communicating With Guest, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records, Computer System Handling, Check Ins, Check Outs, Making Reservations On System, Complaints Handling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,500 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing and Record keeping
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented
