Greenfieldxp Technologies Private Limited is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Rabale, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.Daily Admin Works, Recruitments, Travel Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented
