Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Bengali, Hindi, English

What you will do

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bengali, English, Hindi, Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
