Growl Enterprises is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Sanpada, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, Screening, Payroll, HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
