We Are Looking For A Motivated And Target-Driven Personal Loan Sales Executive To Promote And Sell Personal Loan Products To Customers. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Explaining Loan Features, And Completing The Loan Application Process While Ensuring Good Customer Service. Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Personal Loan Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound and Sales
• No English required
