The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Explaining Loan Features, And Completing The Loan Application Process While Ensuring Good Customer Service. Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
