What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Marketing, Outbound and Sales
