We Are Looking For A Motivated And Target-Driven Personal Loan Sales Executive To Promote And Sell Personal Loan Products To Customers. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Explaining Loan Features, And Completing The Loan Application Process While Ensuring Good Customer Service. Key responsibilities

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹11,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
