The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Explaining Loan Features, And Completing The Loan Application Process While Ensuring Good Customer Service. Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
