Responsibilities: Handle Tender Portals (Gem, Eprocurement, Etc.)Prepare & Submit Tender Documents, Manage Technical & Commercial Bids, Coordinate For Required Documents. Skills: Tendering Experience Ms Excel & Documentation. Attention To Detail. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented
