Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point
• Skills Needed: Email
• Someone well spoken and dependable

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
