Emote Telecaller**Location:* Remote (Work From Home)*Key Responsibilities:** Call Farmers Using Provided Guidelines (Sop).* Review Field Photos/Videos On Dashboards And Log Data Errors.* Coordinate With Field Teams And Send Daily Updates Via Email. Type : Domestic | Languages : Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
