Happy Stationery and Gift Center wants to bring on a Salesman for its remote team. Salary is up to ₹11,000/month. Freshers can apply.

Conduct Sales Remotely Through Calls, Emails, And Virtual Meetings. Qualify Leads, Present Solutions, And Close Deals Efficiently. Maintain Crm Records And Collaborate With Field Sales Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Active listening and CRM tools
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
