Hardev'S Labour Supply Services is looking for a Dispatch Executive / Officer to join its team in Rabale, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Dispatch Planning And Coordination Billing And Invoicing For Domestic/Export Shipments Maintain Dispatch Records, Invoices, And Documentation Prepare Mis Reports And Support Dispatch Clearances Coordinate With Internal Departments For Smooth Order Execution Transport Arrangement , Planning Of Vehicles Other Logistics Work - Job Work,Stock Transfer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
