We Are Seeking An Organized And Detail-Oriented Spare Parts Incharge For Our Authorized Bajaj Two-Wheeler Dealership. In This Role, You Will Manage Our Spare Parts Department, Ensuring 100% Availability Of Genuine Bajaj Parts And Lubricants. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, customer-first attitude
