Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Handling Social Media.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
