Key responsibilities

As an Hr Recruiter, your work will include:

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, HRMS, Recruitment, Screening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits
