Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. End To End Recruitment. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Good knowledge of Screening, Payroll, MS Excel and Recruitment

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
