You'Ll Handle Hr Processes (Payroll, Benefits, Policy Implementation), Resolve Employee Grievances, Foster Positive Workplace Relations, And Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Strong Organizational And Interpersonal Skills Are Key. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Screening, Recruitment, Payroll and HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised
