Himgauri Garden Restaurant is hiring a Front Office Receptionist in Panvel, Mumbai. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry and Basic accounting
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and organised

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
