Key responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your work will include:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
