We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented And Experienced Medical Billing Specialist With A Strong Focus On Claims Rejections, Denials, And Processing. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying, Analyzing, And Resolving Rejected Or Denied Insurance Claims To Ensure Maximum Reimbursement And Accurate Claim Submission. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : International | Languages : English

What you will do

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
