Candidates Must Have 612 Months Of On-Paper Team Leader Experience In Real Estate, Good Communication Skills, Proficiency In Ms Excel, And Strong Leadership Abilities. Salary Up To 35,000 Per Month. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone calm under pressure and patient
