Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
